Paris Vernon Hibbard

Mr. Paris Vernon Hibbard age 79, of LaGrange, KY, departed this life on Sunday, July 2, 2017 in the Baptist Health Hospital in LaGrange, KY. He was born on May 17, 1938 in Barbourville, KY the son of Willie Hibbard and Victoria Stewart Hibbard. On April 17, 1959 he united in marriage with Mildred Beatrice Mason and to this union three children were born. His wife precedes him in death along with his parents and one son, Roger Dale Hibbard,  five brothers, Russell, Arvil Dewayne, Arthur, Virgil and Earnest Hibbard and two sisters, Aileen Carnes and Wilma Carnes.

Left behind to mourn his passing, one son, Gary Hibbard of Lagrange and one daughter, Jeri Just and husband Don also of Lagrange, four brothers, Otis Hibbard and Willie Hibbard, Jr. and wife Ima Jean all of Winchester, Indiana, Ralph Hibbard and wife Linda of Franklin, Ohio and Dennis Hibbard and wife Debbie of Barbourville, KY, seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. He also leaves behind several aunts, uncles and other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.

Funeral services for Mr. Paris Hibbard will be conducted on Thursday, July 6, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. in the Cobb Hampton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Sylvester Dunn officiating.  Pallbearers will be Chris Hibbard, Allen Hibbard, Johnny Taylor, Erick Hibbard, Derrick Hibbard and Brandon Just.. He will be laid to rest in the Pine Hill Cemetery at Corbin beside his wife. Cobb Hampton Funeral Home will be in charge of all arrangements.

Friends will be received at the Cobb Hampton Funeral Home on Wednesday evening from 6:00 until 9:00 p.m. and on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service of 3:00 p.m.
