Lorene Lipke

Mrs. Lorene Lipke age 73 of Artemus, KY departed this life on Thursday, May 10, 2018 at Barbourville ARH.  She was born in Barbourville, KY on January 27, 1945 the daughter of Sol and Verda Mae (Garland) Warren. She was the wife of the late Kenneth Edward Lipke.  Lorene was a member of the Pentecostal faith and loved playing music.  She enjoyed spending time with her family, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents Sol and Verda Mae Warren, her husband Kenneth Edward Lipke, and sister Joanne Swanson

Left behind to mourn her passing, two daughters Jule Rutledge and Lisa Lipke Dozier, sister Brenda Farmer and husband James, brothers Lonnie Warren and wife Debbie, Don Warren and wife Carole, three grandchildren Sarah Harrison and husband Tim, Bonnie Davis, Nick Dozier and wife Miranda, five great grandchildren Joel Davis, Tristan Davis, Mikyla Stamper, Mallory Stamper and Maegan Stamper, and her niece whom she loved like a daughter Shannon Smith and husband Roy.  She also leaves many other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, May 11, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. officiated by Reverend Tommy Gerald Warren.  She will be laid to rest in the Hutchison Cemetery at Barbourville.  Cobb-Hampton Funeral Home will in charge of all arrangements.
