Doral Lee (Garland) Garland

     Mrs. Doral Lee Garland age 64 of Crittenden, Kentucky departed this life on Friday, April 2, 2021 at her home. She was born on September 8, 1956 in Knox County to Marion and Dora Ann (Helton) Garland.  She was a homemaker and loved to travel, go shopping and spend time with her grandchildren.

     She is preceded in death by her parents, Marion and Dora Garland, one daughter, Amanda Garland and one son Steven Garland.

     Left behind to mourn her passing, her son Jeffrey Garland and wife Julie from Crittenden, Kentucky, a step-daughter, Becky Brown and friend Garrett Brown of Crittenden, Kentucky, two grandchildren, Coleman Garland and Tayler Lister and one great granddaughter, Paisley Townsend, one brother, Tim Garland and wife Tammy of Williamstown, Kentucky, two sisters, Margie Akins of Williamstown and Beverly Honeycutt and husband C.B. of Corbin. She also leaves behind many other relatives and friends.

     Funeral services for Mrs. Doral Garland will be conducted on Friday, April 9, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Alonzo Messer and Rev. Donnie Vaughn officiating. Pallbearers will be family & friends. She will be laid to rest in the Brown Cemetery at Harps Creek. Cobb-Hampton Funeral Home will be in charge of all arrangements.

     Friends will be received at the funeral home on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service at 1:00 p.m.

     Please remember, face coverings will be required and social distancing guidelines of six feet apart will need to be followed during all our services. This is for the safety of our families, visitors’ and staff.
