Cathy Lynn Bunch

      Mrs. Cathy Lynn Bunch age 52 of Hinkle, Kentucky departed this life on Sunday, September 3, 2023, in the UK Medical Center in Lexington. She was born on April 13, 1971 the daughter of Arvil Messer and the late Della Mae (Mills) Messer. On May 12, 1989, she united in marriage with Dale Bunch and to this union two sons were born. Cathy was a member of Friendship Baptist Church. She loved to shop and go riding on their side by side and loved spending time with her family.

      She is preceded in death by her mother, Della Messer, her brother, Rodney Messer and her father-in-law, Loranzy “Dow” Bunch.

      Left behind to mourn her passing, her husband Dale Bunch, her father Arvil Messer, sons, Christian Bunch and wife Alexus and Dalton Bunch and Kayleigh, two sisters, Martha Jordan and husband Derrick and Debbie Jackson and husband Larry, one granddaughter, Maislee, a brother in law, Joey Bunch and wife Kathy and mother in law, Martha Bunch, nieces and nephews, Raven Engle and husband Kyle, Payton Jordan, Adam Jackson, Megan Lawson and husband Cody, Gina Bonhert and husband Clark and Joey Bunch, her grand pups, Daisy Mae and Duke Dominic,  along with many great nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.

      Funeral services for Mrs. Cathy Bunch will be conducted in the Hampton Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, September 8, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Jerry Vaughn, Rev. Tommy Frazier and Rev. Roy Eversole officiating. She will be laid to rest in the Messer Cemetery at Greenroad.  Pallbearers will be, Christian Bunch, Dalton Bunch, Ryan Rogers, Caanan Lockhart, Jackson Burnette and Kyle Engle. Hampton Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements. 

      The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday evening from 6:00 until 9:0 p.m. and on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service at 2:00 p.m.
