Randy Todd Smith, age 66 of Flat Lick, Kentucky departed this life on Tuesday, September 1, 2026. He was born on September 26, 1959, the son of Ike Smith and Maudie Miller Smith who precede him in death.
Left behind to mourn his passing, his sisters, Claudetta Dean Warnock of Flat Lick, Adean Cole of Dewitt, Leon Johnson and wife Tammy of Cannon and Stanley "Sambo" Smith and wife Loretta of Flat Lick and a special friend, Ashley Mills. He also leaves behind many nieces, nephews and friends.
There are no services planned at this time for Mr. Smith.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to the funeral home to assist with expenses.
