Myron Todd Owens

Myron Todd Owens, age 58 of Barbourville, Kentucky departed this life on Tuesday, December 16, 2025 in the Baptist Health Hospital in Corbin. He was born in Corbin, Kentucky on January 5, 1967, the son of Dale and Hazel Owens.

On September 7, 1991, he united in marriage with Renia Marler, and to this union two children were born. Todd was a member of the East Barbourville Baptist Church and co-owner of Parkway Monuments. He was a member of the Mt. Lodge #187 and a member of the Bailey Switch Fire Department.

Todd dearly loved his family, especially his grandbabies Parker and Rory. He loved a good road trip and spending time at the lake.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Dale and Hazel Owens, and his grandparents, Harrison and Beatrice Owens and Tommy and Frankie Peavley.

He is survived by his wife Renia Owens, his son Shaw Tyler Owens and wife Michaela, his daughter, Jenna Owens, his grandchildren, Parker and Rory, one brother, Mike Owens and wife Sheri and nephews, Corey, Logan and Hunter Owens, all of Gray, Kentucky. He also leaves behind many other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.

Funeral services for Todd Owens will be conducted in the Hampton-Hutton Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, December 19, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Josh Smith officiating. He will be laid to rest in the Campbell Cemetery at Gray, Kentucky. Pallbearers will be, Larry Marler, Bob Dunaway, Donnie Owens, Kyle Hubbs, Rodney Smith and Dallas Eubanks. Hampton-Hutton Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.

Friends will be received at the funeral home on Thursday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. and on Friday from 12:00 noon until the hour of service at 1:00 p.m.
