Mrs. Kathy Faye Southard Detherage age 54 of Flat Lick, Ky departed this life on Sunday, July 13, 2014 in the Knox Co. Hospital. She was born on July 30, 1959 in Harlan, KY and was the daughter of Henry and Florene Southard. Mrs. Detherage had been an employee of the Fort Hamilton Hospital in Hamilton, Ohio.
She is survived by her husband, Green Detherage, Jr. of Flat Lick, one son, Benny Webb and one daughter Tammy Castle and husband Arthur all of Jonesville, Virginia, two brothers, Daniel Southard and wife Betty of Harlan, KY and Harrison Southard, Sr. and wife Barb of Manchester, one sister, Diane Stapleton Webb of Pennington Gap, Virginia, two special nieces, Barbara Stapleton and Flo Bryant. Mrs. Detherage also leaves behind a host of many other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
