Charles Collett

Mr. Charles Collett, age 75 of Middlesboro, Kentucky departed this life on Wednesday, October 9, 2025 in the Middlesboro ARH Hospital. He was born on March 29, 1950 in Kettle Island the son of Dewey Collett and Gracie (Neal) Collett.

Mr. Collett served his country in the United States Army and had been a maintenance worker for Comp Care.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Dewey and Gracie Collett, his wife Betty (Lefevers)  Collett and two brothers, L.T. Collett and Nelson Collett.

Left behind to mourn his passing, two nieces, Diann Helms and husband John of Middlesboro and Debbie Collett of Mill Creek, two nephews, Lowell L.T. Collett, Jr. of Middlesboro and Charles Collett and wife Raycheal of Kettle Island, Kentucky. He also leaves behind a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.

A Celebration of Life for Mr. Collett will be held on Thursday, November 6, 2025 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the Church of Christ, 611 North 25th St., Middlesboro, Kentucky.
