Brian Michael Myrick, age 20 of Bailey Switch, Ky. was born on April 8, 1987 and departed this life on Sunday, October 14, 2007. He was the son of Michael Myrick and wife Sophia of Bailey Switch and Sherry Riley and husband Isaac of Poplar Creek. Brian greatly enjoyed his four-wheeler.
Left to mourn the passing of Brian are his parents Michael Myrick and wife Sophia of Bailey Switch, KY and Sherry Riley and husband Isaac of Poplar Creek, KY, four sisters Shawna Myrick of Barbourville, KY, Amber Doss of Barbourville, KY, Megan Stewart of Gray, KY, Latashia Myrick of Gray, KY; four brothers Jacob Riley of Barbourville, KY, Josh Riley of Barbourville, KY, John Michael Myrick of Gray, KY and Christian Myrick of Gray, KY. Brian also leaves behind one nephew Erin Chase Benoit in addition to a host of friends and neighbors to mourn his passing. Funeral services for Brian Michael Myrick will be conducted on Friday-October 19, 2007 at 4:00 p.m. in the Hampton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Darrell Bargo and Rev. Ronnie Gray officiating. Pallbearers will be Adam Yeager, Ryan Riley, Kevin Riley, Jason Stewart, Anthony Thomas and Kevin Hensley. Honorary pallbearers will be Jeff Thomas, John Stewart, Jr., John Hensley and Chris Hubbard. Burial will follow in the Stewart-Disney Cemetery in Bailey Hollow, KY. Hampton Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
