Bethena Allen

Mrs. Bethena Allen, age 89 of Largo, Florida, departed this life on Friday, September 19, 2025 in the Warren-Barr Rehabilitation Center in Orland Park, Illinois.

She was the widow of Henry Allen and the daughter of Jackson Jones and Sarah (Dixon) Jones born to them on March 26, 1936 in Hyden, Kentucky.

She is preceded in death by her husband Henry Allen and her parents Jackson and Sarah Jones.

Left behind to mourn her passing, her daughter, Joan Hall of Largo, Florida and seven grandchildren, Jennifer and husband Phillip, Jeremiah and wife Lisa, James and wife Nicole, Jennah, Jeremiah, Jr. and fiance' Ploy,  Madline and Clare.

Funeral services for Mrs. Allen will be conducted in the Hampton-Hutton Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, September 27, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. She will be laid to rest in the Barbourville Cemetery beside her husband Henry. Hampton-Hutton Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Family and friends will be received at the funeral home on Saturday, September 27th from 12:00 noon until the hour of service at 2:00 p.m.
