Katina Phipps

Mrs. Katina Phipps age 46 of Gray, KY, departed this life on Thursday, September 26, 2019 in the Barbourville ARH Hospital. She was the daughter of Allen Wayne and Bonnie Lou (Ledford) Haynes, born to them on August 6, 1973 in Corbin, KY.  She united in marriage with Luke Phipps and to this union two children were born. She was a member of the Heidrick Holiness Church and was a homemaker, enjoyed cooking, crafting and loved all animals, especially her grand dogs

She is preceded in death by her parents, Allen Wayne and Bonnie Lou Haynes.

Left behind to mourn her passing are her husband Luke Phipps, sons Dustin Avery Phipps, Dylan Tyler Phipps and fiancé Kacie Hinkle, sister Tammy Smith and husband Harlan, all of Barbourville, Kentucky and her special grand dogs Sweets, Rocky and Chloe.   She also leaves behind many nieces, nephews and a host of relatives and friends to mourn her passing.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to Dr. Vora, Dr. West and the staff of Barbourville ARH Hospital for their care of Katina.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Katina Phipps will be held in the Cobb-Hampton Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, September 28, 2019 at 3:00 p.m., with Reverend Mike Helton officiating.  Visitation will be held on Saturday from 12:00 p.m. until the hour of service at 3:00 p.m.
