Gilbert Ray Mills Jr.

Mr. Gilbert Ray Mills, Jr. age 47 of McKee, Kentucky departed this life on Friday, February 23, 2018, in the Newport Medical Center, Newport, Tennessee. He was the son of the late Gilbert Ray Mills and Charolette (Tolliver) Mills born to them in Pineville, Kentucky on September 3, 1970. He was a truck driver with the Millennial Trucking Company and a member of the Holiness faith.

He is preceded in death by his parents Gilbert Ray Mills and Charolette (Tolliver) Mills and his brother Larry Keith Mills.

Left behind to mourn his passing, his daughters Ashley Mills and Whitney Mills, son Gilbert Mills, Granddaughter, Nevaeh Mills, his fiancé, Sierra King, his sisters Robin Michelle Mills Burnett, Monica Lynn Mills, Paula Sue Mills, Missy Miles, Giliana Mills, brother Roger Johnson Mills, nieces Olivia Desiree Wagers, Layla Michelle Wagers, Brittany Roark, Katherine Roark, Linda Gray and nephew Larry Justice Mills.  He also leaves behind a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.

Funeral services for Mr. Gilbert Ray Mills, Jr. will be conducted in the Cobb-Hampton Funeral Home Chapel on Sunday, March 4, 2018, at 1:00 p.m. with Reverend Jessie Mills officiating. Pallbearers will be Ashley Mills, Randy Adkins, Steven Hood, Delbert Wagner, Jamane Riley and Scotty Tussy.  Honorary Pallbearers will be Bill Arnold and David King. He will be laid to rest in the McHargue Cemetery at Lily, Kentucky. 

Friends will be received at the funeral home Saturday evening from 6:00 until 9:00 p.m. and on Sunday from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service at 1:00 p.m.

Cobb-Hampton Funeral Home will be in charge of all arrangements.
