Ronald Carroll Perkins

Mr. Ronald Carroll Perkins, age 62 of the Girdler, Kentucky passed away on Tuesday, December 12, 2017 at Barbourville ARH. He was a son of the late Donald Perkins and Dorothy Collins, born to them on September 20, 1955 in Harlan, Kentucky.  Ronald worked as a carpenter and was a member of the Locust Grove Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Evelynn Brown Perkins; five sons, Paul Perkins (Amy) of Hillsboro, OH, Troy Perkins (Trina) of Kingsport, TN, Ronald Perkins (Tiffany) of Hillsboro, OH, Shane Elam (Denie) of Dayton, OH and Ronnie Lee Brown (Julie) of Sparta, TN; five daughters, Amy Anchi (Yawis) of LaFaye, MS, Bessie Perkins of Girdler, KY, Rebecca Perkins of Girdler, KY, Angie Blankenship (Gary) of Kingsport, TN, and Dawn Dye (Tony) of Whitefalls, FL; sisters Joyce Calhoun (Wallace), Linda Cain (Vernon), Henrietta Bailey, Cathy Pruitt, Beatrice Pruitt; brothers Don Perkins (Shirley), Bill Collins (Judy), Paul Pruitt, Kenny Pruitt, Frankie Pruitt, Jerry Pruitt and the rest of the brothers and sisters.

Funeral services for Mr. Ronald Carroll Perkins will be conducted in the Cobb-Hampton Funeral Home Chapel on Sunday, December 17, 2017 at 11:00 A.M, with the Reverend Albert Phillips officiating.  Burial will follow at the Byers Cemetery in Double Springs, TN.  Pallbearers will be his sons Paul Perkins, Troy Perkins, Ronald Perkins, Shane Elam and Ronnie Lee Brown.

Friends will be received at the Cobb-Hampton Funeral Home on Saturday evening from 6:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M.
