Randall Payne

Mr. Randall Payne age 69 of Bimble, KY departed this life on Friday, May 19, 2017 at the Barbourville ARH. He was the husband of Judy Carol (Bolton) Payne and the son of Zeke and Mary Smith Payne born to them on May 24, 1947in Knox Co. He believed in the Baptist faith. He was a dozer operator during his life and he loved going to church and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Zeke and Mary Payne, two brothers, Pascal and Bobby Payne and one sister Rosetta Smith and a special niece Tammy Teague.

Left behind to mourn his passing, his loving wife and children, wife Judy Carol Payne of Bimble, son Randy Dean Payne and wife Jessica of Barbourville, his daughter, Carol Doolin and husband Michael of Heidrick, two brothers, Harold Dewayne Payne and Curtis Payne both of Bimble, one sister, Anna Doris Bennett of Boone Height, KY, five grandchildren, Travis Mills, Chandler Mills, Sydnee Payne, Morgan Payne and Austin Doolin. He also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.

Funeral services for Mr. Randall Payne will be conducted on Monday, May 22, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in the Cobb Hampton Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tip Smith officiating. Pallbearers will be Nick Daniels, James Payne, Shane Jacobs, Mark Bennett, Hobert Teague and Trevor Bennett. He will be laid to rest in the Smith Cemetery at Bimble. Cobb Hampton Funeral Home will be in charge of all arrangements.

Friends will be received at the funeral home on Sunday evening from 6:00 until 9:00 p.m. and on Monday from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service at 2:00 p.m.
