Hazel Joyce (Frazier) Napier

Mrs. Hazel Joyce Napier, age 78, of Bimble, Kentucky departed this life on Friday, December 22, 2017 in the Barbourville Appalachian Regional Hospital.  She was born on May 2, 1939 in Bell County, Kentucky to the late Floyd and Frances Frazier.  In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her son, Kenneth Napier, a granddaughter Leanne Napier, a younger brother and two sisters Lorene Hoskins and Lida Brock.  Hazel was a homemaker and a member of the Church of the Nazarene in Pineville.

Left behind to mourn her passing are her loving husband Ralph Napier, her sons David Napier (Stephanie) of Barbourville and Richard Napier of Bimble, eight grandchildren Jeremy Napier, Melinda Craft, Jessica Napier, Brian Napier, Cassidy Napier, Kailey Napier, Michael Napier and Alyssia Shae Napier, twelve great grandchildren,  Brady Napier, Cody Daniels, Levi Craft, Cooper Craft, Reece Craft, Rayden Napier, Jade Napier, McKinley Merida, Domineque Johnson, Megan Bierman, Eli Daniels and Troy Bierman.  The Napier family wishes to extend a special thank you to the doctors, nurses and staff of Barbourville Health and Rehabilitation.

Funeral services for Mrs. Hazel Joyce Napier will be held on Tuesday, December 26 at 8:00 p.m. in the Cobb-Hampton Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. Josh Smith and Rev. Mike Helton officiating.  Burial will be held privately in the Grindstaff Cemetery with her grandchildren serving as pallbearers.  Cobb-Hampton Funeral Home will be in charge of all arrangements.

Friends will be received at Cobb-Hampton Funeral Home on Tuesday, December 26, 2017 from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m.
