            Mrs. Donna S. Tuttle age 64 of Barbourville, KY departed this life on Sunday, April 23, 2017 in the St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington. She was the daughter of Jennings Woodrow Burnside and Lula Mae Dalton Burnside, born to them on September 14, 1952 in Detroit, Michigan. She was a member of the North Main Community Church. She was a loving mother and gave her life for her children. She loved animals and always made sure they were cared for.  She is preceded in death by her parents, Jennings & Lula Burnside, one son Jason Nicholas Tuttle, one brother, Jimmy Burnside and one sister, Linda Rose Look.

          Those left behind to mourn her passing, her two loving daughters, Sarah May Mills and husband Dr. Brook Mills of Barbourville and Bobbi Gene Henson and husband Dr. Derek Henson of Versailles, KY, two brothers, Jeff Burnside and wife Eva of Dearborn, Michigan and John Burnside of Taylor, Michigan, three sisters, Sandra Spoljaric and husband Steve of Taylor, Michigan, Denise Dillard of Booneville, Mississippi and Claudette Wall and husband Doyle of Southside, TN, nine grandchildren, three great grandchildren and her step mother, Rose Burnside. She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews along with a host of many other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.

         Funeral services for Mrs. Donna Tuttle will be conducted on Thursday, April 27, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. in the Cobb Hampton Funeral Home Chapel with Brook Mills and Pastor Scott Phipps officiating. She will be laid to rest in the Mayhew Cemetery at Sharps Gap, Barbourville, KY. Pallbearers will be, Jamie Buchanan, Chris Chadwell, Bryan Elliott, Dr. Benny Hensley, Gabriel Hyde, Dr. Ben Mackey, Mark Webster and Lonnie “Peanut” Williamson. Honorary pallbearers will be Mike Evans, The Chadwell family, Chuck Stovall, The employees of True -Seal/ Tremco, The nurses and doctors of St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington and especially the nurses in the CTVU unit and the men of North Main Community Church.Cobb Hampton Funeral Home will be in charge of all arrangements.

Friends will be received at the Cobb Hampton funeral Home on Wednesday evening from 6:00 until 9:00 p.m. and on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service at 1:00 p.m.
