Davie Paul Vaughn

Mr. Davie Paul Vaughn age 54 of Heidrick, KY departed this life on Sunday, September 10, 2017 in the UK Medical Center in Lexington. He was the husband of Claudia Gambrel Vaughn. He was born on January 22, 1963 in Manchester, KY the son of Evelyn Jordan Vaughn and the late James I. Vaughn. He is also preceded in death by a daughter, Amanda Faith Vaughn.

Left behind to mourn his passing, his loving wife Claudia of Heidrick, three sons, Christopher Paul Vaughn and wife Felicia of Heidrick, Robert Adam Vaughn and friend Mindy Merida of Barbourville and Jeffery Allen Vaughn of Lexington, one daughter, Jessie Marie Vaughn of Cannon and two brothers, James Eric Vaughn and wife Melissa of Barbourville and Larry Vaughn and wife Suzetta of Gainesville, Georgia, five sisters, Nancy Asher and husband Glen of Barbourville, Wanda Wells and husband Jimmy of Corbin, Paula Niccum and friend Howard Creasy of Corbin, Terry Asher and husband Leonard of Barbourville and Sandra Smith and husband Mike of Corbin, four grandchildren, Melanie Vaughn, Adam Rylee Vaughn,  Brayden Vaughn and Torrance Vaughn. He also leaves behind a host of many other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.

Funeral services for Mr. Davie Paul Vaughn will be conducted in the Cobb Hampton Funeral Home Chapel on Thursday, September 14, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Mark Gibbs and Rev. Mike Collins officiating. Pallbearers will be family & friends. He will be laid to rest in the Patterson Cemetery. Cobb Hampton Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.

Friends will be received at the funeral home on Tuesday evening from 6:00 until 9:00 p.m., on Wednesday evening from 6:00 until 9:00 p.m. and on Thursday until the hour of service at 2:00 p.m.
