Christopher Douglas Jaynes

          Christopher Douglas Jaynes age 39 of London, Kentucky departed this life on Thursday, June 15, 2017 in the Baptist Health Hospital in Corbin. He was the son of Douglas Jaynes and September Baker and was born in Corbin, Kentucky on November 30, 1977.  He is preceded in death by one brother, Nick Jaynes along with his grandparents.

          Left behind to mourn his passing, his father Douglas Jaynes of London, KY, his mother September Baker of Corbin, one brother, Joshua Jaynes of Corbin, six sisters, Faith Huffstetler and husband Shawn of Lexington, Hannah Jaynes, Eden Jaynes, Bethany Jaynes and Mercy Jaynes all of Corbin and Niclole Cox. He also leaves behind many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends to mourn his passing.

          A funeral service for Christopher will be held on Thursday, June 29, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. in the Cobb Hampton Funeral Home Chapel. He will be laid to rest in the Jaynes Family Cemetery in London. Cobb-Hampton Funeral Home will be in charge of all arrangements. 

Friends will be received at the Cobb-Hampton Funeral Home on Thursday from 11:00 a.m. until the hour of service at 2:00 p.m.
